Rules and Information

1. The banner must load quickly on a slow connection; I will be checking!
2. The skin must be original and done by yourself.
3. Codes used must have proper copyrights intact; I will be checking!
4. Please do not use overly bright colors or overly dark colors.
5. The winners will be decided by a vote of the members.
6. The forum width must be at minimum 700 pixels. Nothing smaller.

To Enter
Please create a forum at Proboards. On this forum, place your skin. Please create a password locked board. For each header and footer, please create a thread and the codes inside. If you are having problems, please contact me.
